Smiles and Stripes

It doesn't get easier than this.....

the sun and new Smile stamp from Stampotique Originals and a paper shadow all stamped/glued onto a plasma card (opaque bendy plastic).

This little character is such a little charmer I feel he needs no more in the way of backgrounds etc.

This weeks theme over on Crazy Amigos is Stripes...and this cute guy has a striped shirt :0)

And TGiF's challenge is Keep Smiling (thanks for the tip off Joanne)...so ...couldn't be more fitting than this I think.

Hope you like him.

As well as being available from Stampotique Originals in the States, he is also amongst the Stampotique range for sale at The Stamp Attic in the UK and is due back in stock any day now (temp sold out)

Thanks for stopping by :0) x

I pop out to my classes and when I come back you have created this stunning card.

What adorable little stamps - he is such a character - and of course - he comes to life with his own shadow

Thanks for the links too - excellent.

He looks great on that opaque background and the idea of giving him a shadow is brilliant. I agree with you that nothing more was needed to make this absolutely perfect!

You are so right, Jo!! Let those Daniel Torrente stamps speak for themselves! I love them so much that I would collect them, even if I never used a stamp in my life! Your card is wonderful, as is everything on your beautiful blog!!

Very cool! I love it. I'm wondering how you did it? I've never stamped on that material before.
