...And you wear it well... plus become a guest artist!

"And you wear it well", as Rod Stewart once sang out back in the 70's, "a little old fashioned but I don't mind", a song that was running through my head as I made this large pendant for the latest Stampotique challenge.

I used two stamps from Stampotique, the Small Butterfly and the text stamp Master Butterfly for the challenge theme SDC#50 Wearable Art.
This size pendant of over 2 inches (5 cm) really reminds me of fashion in the 60's/ 70's.

Please check out the challenge site as there are some wonderful ideas.

PLUS...A CHANCE TO BE GUEST DESIGNER for the Stampotique team!!

The details over on the site say...

"Want a chance to be a guest designer for Stampotique? We love to give our fans a chance to be a part of Stampotique throughout the year, and our challenges here are one way to do that.

There are 2 ways to enter this challenge. First one is you can join in with our challenge here( 'here' being over on the challenge site) and when entering put GDT next to your entry. Second way is you can create anything with Stampotique stamps and post it over on our Facebook page. Please remember either way you must use Stampotique stamps.
We will announce our next guest designer with our next challenge on March 28th."

Don't forget, it's Stampotiquestamps only now. And a chance to win $30 worth of rubber!!!!

It's gorgeous - I love the black and white and silver theme - it's really classy and just goes to show that you don't need gold and diamonds, saphires and emeralds - this looks oh so sophisticated - I bet you can't say that when you've had a few!

I like that quote, and it works very well with the butterfly.
As for the pendant it's very nice, but I don't think it would match my complexion ;)

Love this oversized Pendant, it is perfect because large sized jewellery seems to be really fashionable in every store.
I like a bit of Rod Stewart too, classic, just as this pendant will become.
