Harvest Moon

Today a new Chestnut Challenge begins over at Gingersnap Creations with the theme of 'Harvest'. I have a lack of what I think of being harvest themed stamps...but I do have this- its a B Line stamp from LB Crafts, American Gothic- a farming couple complete with pitch fork, which I stamped and positioned on top of a white cicular piece of paper to create the huge moon effect you sometimes get to see, that appears to fill the horizon, a harvest moon. I've only ever seen this kind of moon once and it was like a huge flying saucer filling the sky like on the film 'Independence Day'.

Don't forget (see my previous post) that this month Cornish Heritage Farms are sponsoring Gingersnap Creations with an opportunity to win some fabulous blog candy.

This Harvest Moon card also ties in with this weeks Tuesday Taggers theme of 'Shades of Autumn', so I've entered this into that callenge too.
