Home By The Sea..





This weeks Wednesday Stamper theme is Structure within your artwork.

I made this piece originally for Craft Stamper (so those that buy the publication may have seen this already), but they have a restriction on showing work on blogs for 3 months unless its a sneek peek etc. So its the first time on my blog. Now that time has elapsed, I can upload this.

I created structure and texture by punching holes and threading ribbon to create an impression of flowing water, along with circular mirror pieces, as its a Home By The Sea hanging.

I loved this when I saw it in the mag, and I still love it now, Jo- great piece! (And I'm still using up bits of the background I made using your instructions, I need to make some in every colour :D )

dont know if you remember but we used to talk abouot the words we use to describe things if we dont like them .. well I need to use My word but let you know I actually mean it.. its not a sly way of saying oh! I dont like this.. I love this and I love the soft subtle colours.. and yes its even "pretty" lol..
