Stampotique and pattern...

I received the new range of Stampotique Originals Inc stamps this week and was so excited I couldnt resist a quick play.(I'm hoping the magic moving house pixies will do the house packing whilst I'm asleep lol).
Because all my inks etc are packed away I could only get to a black Versafine and some old Anna Griffin paper that I recently discovered I still had from an old Christmas kit I bought many moons ago lol and thought it would be fun to use along side the Stampotique stamps, as I see the very traditional Anna G and the designs by Jill Penney and Daniel Torrente for Stampotique as being worlds apart in the looks you would perhaps expect to see on a card/ hanging.

I made this piece last night and noticed that it fits in well with this weeks Wednesday Stamper theme of 'Pattern'. Please click to enlarge the images.

just love love love that little girl - why is she so sad? Well done on getting anything done, just proves you dont need a roomful of products to create wonders.

The papers and image look like they were made for each other - but thats down to you and the way you create the piece as a whole. Fab piece Jo.

I love that look!!! What is they say about opposites atttractin? In this case the fact the images are so far removed from the papers adds that quirky-ness to the finished piece.....fab!!

This is fabulous! Great composition, Jo! I love the juxtaposition of the traditional papers with the Penny/Torrente stamp! I'm hooked on their designs....and lucky to be neighbors with Stampotique's owners. What a wonderful little hanging card!
