This weeks challenge over on Saturday Stampers is Trees, so, as Halloween is fast approaching and I've yet to make a single piece of artwork for it, I thought nows my chance to get started and create this piece.
I used ANM Trees, Magenta leaf and Inkadinkadoo house scene and crackle stamps.
Colours are a combination of Distress inks, Adirondack Lights and Versamagic Dewdrops. Dew Drops are handy as they are fairly cheap and so allow you to collect a wide range of colours you perhaps wouldnt ordinarily stock.

I was also 'tagged' by Roben Marie (of Paperbag Studios)
It goes like this...
Players, you must list one fact that is somehow relevant to your life for each letter of your middle name. If you don’t have a middle name, use the middle name you would have liked to have had. When you are tagged you need to write your own blogpost containing your own middle name game facts. At the end of your blog post, you need to choose one person for each letter of your middle name to tag. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged and to read your blog.
....well the first stumbling block is I don't actually have a middle name. lol....but, to those long standing visitors of my blog, you may remember that I almost ended up with the fantabulous name of.....Bunty lol (cringe)
So lets give that a run for its money lol
B.........for Brighton. I moved to the south of England 22 years ago, known as London by the sea. Its a very arty city, very open minded and liberal.
U........is for errrmmm ok I said this was tricky...oh..yes Unfit(especially since I started crafting a few years ago)...thats me.
N.......is for Notre Damne. When I was 28 I went to Paris for a French couples wedding. The day before the 'do' we had a quick tour of the city and visited Notredame Cathedral and I was lucky enough to be chosen by the tour guide to ring the huuuuuuuuuuge bell (maybe it was my Barbie pink hair that got me noticed). All shocked, flustered and flapping, I stood up and bumped my head on the bell roflrofl...its only big enough to fit 20 or 30 people inside it so easily missed rofl
T...is for the three men in my life...Dave my husband and my boys Zak and Kane, all of which I couldnt imagine life without.
Y....is a question Dave often asks when looking at all the craft stuff of mine that is taking over the house inch by inch.
Phew...thankgoodness I didnt choose my Grandmas name, Elizabeth...I'd have been here all day!!
I would like to tag...
