I made this one above using a piece of plasma plastic as the tag base giving it an opaque look, finishing it off with a piece of rusty wire. I discovered the bling circle in my stash box (sorry, have no idea who produces or sells that).
Heres a quick idea below using candle wax as a resist for the ink.
