Summertime...

Inspired by the Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge theme this week of Spots and Stripes and the Bird in the Hand theme (use an image of bird in your artwork) over on the Awfully Big Art Adventure I thought it a perfect opportunity to use my new book of images(People and Places 2) and die cut shapes from Crafty Individuals and set to creating this little beach hut.

Here you can see the stamping thats behind the glitter (the crackle stamp)

All stamps (shell and crackle), seagull image and die cut frame by Crafty Individuals.

And you made the hut as well? Cor!!!

You have managed to make it look weatherworn and wet too - love that especially.

I am off to buy that book you used - it looks perfect for summer projects.

The soft pale hues you use are really pretty, very relaxing
