Same tag?? Who would have thought it?

For this weeks Daring Cardmakers we got the challenge of
you can choose any theme for the card BUT it must incorporate 'Checks', whether it be gingham paper or ribbon or squares, any thing really as long as it incorporates some kind of shape with 4 equal sides
.

I created this tag, but when it came to taking a photo, that proved tricky, because of the lace paper showing/not showing. So I took three different groups of photos, and as I've always believed, look at the difference a background makes to how your creation looks. This is the same tag looking so different.

Thanks DCM for another great challenge.

Please click on the pics for larger images...and I'd just like to say the middle photo is the closest in colour to the real thing. Whether you prefer that one is another matter...but I thought it was interesting to show all three.

The tag is very large measuring approx.10"/26cm.

    very different looks indeed jo, however the middle pic captures the colours and delicate detail so well. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!:)

    whatever way you look at this, whatever pic you choose, it is lush indeed, and they are all stunning pics, the middle one is the nicest, being the warmest, but it's the tag that's lovely, love everything about it. as ever, outstanding work.

    Soooooooo gorgeous! That background paper is perfect for the image. Brings out the colors beautifully. Love the lace paper.....you know my address so you know where to send some ;o).

    Lovely stuff Jo - lots of detail and it all hangs together beautifully. Not surprised it was hard to photograph, those subtle gradations of colour always are, aren't they?!

    Stunning stuff & I love the colour. That lace is super & all the little detail gives so much to look at. Im in awe.
    I find many of my photos don't come up as true colour.

    OMG this is so, so beautiful. I really agree with you about the photography, the lighting and the background makes so much difference. The middle one is my favourite, I love how you get the colouring so subtle, and her rosey cheeks are just perfect.
