"We're your new neighbours...

from over the fence (points )and last month we got married. Throwing a big 'do' in a couple of days and it would be lovely if you could stop by"
.....that was a conversation held on our doorstep two days ago.So todays the day....dont know them...difficult card to make when you dont know them....shoulda gone to Clintons to buy one was the thought running through my head lol, but Dave seemed to think I could knock a card together in a few minutes instead.

The neighbours are 'normal people' so I couldnt really go too arty.

So here we have a safe, slightly commercial, just got married although been together for ages have two kids already card. :0) The sparkle swirl was stamped and embossed with glitter powder(havent used that for a couple of years lol- you can only see this in the enlarged pic if you click on the image) and I also dug out my silver card. Real pressed flowers again. LOVE those at the moment.(Plus...truth be known they were still on my desk from the Wednesday Stamper piece rofl)

I'll be staying home with the boys, but at least Dave is armed with something more than a Clintons card when he pops his head in to one of the two(!) huge marquees that I've spotted over in their garden.

  3. I love it, very soft and romantic. I wouldn't have thought to have used the ice paper on a wedding card but it works (and it was on your desk, right? LOL)
